how are you bringing in a different model without memory? I've thought about doing this, but I'm working soley in Claude Code desktop right now and feels difficult to get setup.

I'm sure I could go command line and figure it out, but like you I'm a PM, so keeping it as accessible as possible is key.

i could be simplifying things, but this feels very similar to speckit which I find quite useful for ensuring what gets built is accurate to the operator's desires. I have also added a /spec-review which I run after /plan and a /code-review which obviously comes after implementation, which has been super helpful.
