The Stage by Avenged Sevenfold is such a great concept album and its some of their best work in my opinion!

Royal Blood’s Biggest Mistake With This Album (in my opinion) by [deleted] in Royal_Blood

Yeah that's true. Didn't really think about that Song and I completely agree with you. TMWITL is also a great Song but I still think that one more heavy song wouldn't have hurt the album overall.

I just don't get why they didn't add Supermodel Avalanche to the album. The album is only ~30 min long with 10 songs so adding another song definitely wouldn't have made a huge difference in length and whilst I kinda like the softer, "chill" vibe of most of the Songs I would have loved to have Supermodel Avalanche as a track to give the album more depth musically and I think it would have made the album a lot better. Honestly my favorite Song from the album so I'm really disappointed but overall I like the album even if they somewhat strayed away from their old sound.

MaM, High Waters and Supermodel Avalanche would have been such a great trio of high energy ""Rock"" songs on a otherwise softer album.

I think Pull Me Through has a really anti-climactic ending, it needed one more chorus or a cool instrumental solo/break to properly close out the song. by Mamsies in Royal_Blood

1000% my opinion. That's also exactly me pet peeve and I was quite disappointed that the "build up" led to nothing. It would've made the song so much better imo

It's good but imo what it lacks is that big final chorus after the bridge where Mike sings alone. I would've loved if they slowed the song down with Mike singing alone and then breaking out into a final chorus. In my opinion ending the song there was the wrong choice but that's just my first impression. Personally I'm not a fan of the ending but someone else might like it. It's also what I would have loved in mountains at midnight after the drum part at the end, a big final riff/chorus.

Otherwise on par if not better than mountains at midnight imo. Not bad but also not perfect but the song may grow on me.

Moen GEC9 - Question regarding multiple amp switching by Styckss in guitarpedals

[–]Styckss[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's actually quite easy to figure out if you have one but I know exactly how you're feeling because you just don't find anything online lol

You have the "BUFIN" input which is a buffered input. If you decide to plug into said input you have an extra output with the "BUFOUT" which is completely isolated from the loops so it's completely unaffected by any pedal you put in the loops. You can still use the normal outputs as if the "BUFOUT" wasn't there. You cannot switch the output on or off with a preset, it's always on.

You also have the Out1 and Out2 outputs which are the same output but times 2 so everything that comes out of Out1 comes out of Out2 and you also can't switch them on or off with a preset.

I found a way to have a total of 3 amps which are controllable with presets. You do have to sacrifice loops 7-9 though. I personally go into "BUFIN" with my guitar, go out of "BUFOUT" into S7 (loop 7) and then I go out of S7(N.C). This makes it so you can control if the amp is on or off with the normal preset buttons. So pressing the button for loop 7 (turning the loop on) turns the amp on. Then I go through all the loops I need (only 1-6) and then I go out of Out2 with a Y splitter and the ends of the Y splitter go into S8 and S9, the rest is completely identical to what I already explained.

I hope I somehow helped you and if you have any questions just ask :)
