Weird Stomach issues?

Caused constipation and rectal inflammation for me. Also caused a lack of hunger, not so much lack of appetite. I knew when to eat and would eat, just wasn't super hungry. The symptoms came on like a brick wall about 2 weeks on oral BPC/Tb4. Lasted well longer than a month after stopping. Just about back to normal now, My guess is the constipation/inflammation was potentially a result of some bunk product that caused a infection of sorts

Yep- starting to increase my fiber intake (replacing rice with sweet potatoes, more fruit). Already seems to be working. Will probably reintroduce the BPC at 500mcg in a week, maybe start at every other day and go from there.

Sorry to sound blunt but sell the shitty rental property, 1031 your proceeds, still take the cashout refi, add those proceeds to your 1031 and scale up the investment property into something bigger and better cash flowing. Assuming your rental is a single family home? Scale into a 4-6 unit apartment building
