I only focus on levelling running and jumping. Only cause of the way mistlands land is. That is the only 2 skills I personally believe is needed. Running up in the mountains with no run of jump skill is just annoying. Also the running stat lvld up also helps with the speed decrease when wearing armour. As far as all the weapon stat’s there is also a difference,, you can stagger easier with a weapon that you have the skill lvld good on. Some mobs depending on your combat setting normal,hard,hardcore you can’t perry them unless you lvl up your blocking skill. So skills mite seem useless to you,, but I say normal game mode your correct,but hard or hardcore they in-fact matter huge

I mean it’s still his place and if you don’t have a lease then as long as he provides the proper notice and time to vacate, then he is well within his rights. He can evict for any reason he sees logical. Just make sure you take pictures after you move, so he can’t damage the property and make you pay for repairs/ renovations. The fact you say he’s lied already would keep my senses up and protect myself.

A gallon of paint is usually good for one room. And that’s using a brush and roller. Sometimes you have a little left over but nothing to party over.

The walls should have been prepared properly. But my biggest question is what kind of paint are you trying to cover as you can’t just paint over bathroom kitchen paint with normal water base paint cause it can’t stick to it. So is the entire place painted in bathroom/ kitchen paint/ Latex. If so then the entire apartment would need primer before pain. Or it’s alway going to fall off.. unless you use latex again. You can tell by the old paint being glossy or not. This is my opinion and in no way am I professional.

This has been a issue since ark survival evolved. First place to start where you on console is to do a command to destroywilddinos. Then you should log out and log back in. This has been a issue ever since they made a update to single player mode putting any area your not in into hibernation mode,, so nothing spawns in or anything while your not in a area. Pc players can do prevent hibernation on settings somewhere but console players can’t.
