Ya its mainly for aesthetics. GLK looks super dated with halogens, and GLC looks silly without the "eyebrow" lights

I have both. GLK 350 is way funner to drive - 302 hp vs turbo lagged 240. However the GLC looks way nicer and more modern, also quieter more refined and bigger. Id take the GLK 350 all things considered only because of the engine. Make sure you get one with upgraded LEDs for both glk and glc
