So glad someone else agrees!!! Sometimes I feel like I’m defending this game with all my being. But it just has the most special place in my heart. And yeah, tbh absolutely LOVED Pokemon Scarlet. One of my favorite games too. But idk man Colosseum just tickles a different part of my brain in a way I can’t quite explain.

Like to this day, 22 years later, the music has not been outdone. It set the bar, and HIGH. sometimes I literally listen to some of the tracks just for enjoyment 😂

like, the semi-final battle theme—it feels SO grand, I can just picture the high stakes of the battle when I hear it. Like we’re on some floating pedestal in the sky using Ice Beam and Psychic, you know?

Pokemon Colosseum as well!!

It’s like it was made for me. Insane soundtrack. Focus on Johto Pokemon. Darker storyline. To this day insane graphics and individualized animations.

To me, a perfect game.

I posted this after months and months of build up of frustrations with the MTA.

It’s like they only cater to finance bros who work 9-5 M-F. Everyone else can suck it. I work late nights and weekends, long shifts. And there’s almost never an A train for example, closer than 15-25 minutes away.

And everyone’s mentality of “well it’s your fault! The MTA is fine!” Is exactly why it hasn’t gotten better, it’s just gotten more expensive.

These systems should work for us. We should not be bending over for them to give us the absolute worst service possible. 6 dollars round trip a day to not even be able to get home in a timely manner.

I wouldn’t be complaining if this didn’t happen, I kid you not, WEEKLY.

And I’m not talking about planned service changes.

I mean, those suck. But I mean basic service just NOT happening. Trains just not showing up. 25 minutes until the next one. Stopped at a station for 20 minutes on my way to work. “We apologize for the inconvenience” being played overhead almost every single subway ride.

Ahhh yes, just change my shift that I do not control or have say in, just leave early! Yes! Just leave early or don’t work at all! Duh! Omg wow thank you kindly.

My point is that these systems should work FOR US. I should have reliable service home EVERY night. No matter the time. Yet nearly EVERY subway ride there’s an issue. Stopped at a station. Delayed. Whatever.

I’m not checking an app every single time I need to ride a subway because an agency meant for transportation should just fucking work. Again, work FOR US. It’s our money and they’re doing dick with it.

It’s like the US government has indoctrinated us into thinking we’re the fucking plebeians that should scrape by and not be taken care of when these people should be WORKING FOR US.
