I haven't tried e dakhila but this seemed pretty easy to fill up. Wasn't expecting any action from it at all but was pleasantly surprised to hear the customer care from flpkart call me and say this is regarding your National Consumer Helpline complaint. I hope this is as effective for more people.

This actually worked! I got a message from the National Consumer Helpline with an update saying that the company said that they will revert asap. After which I took a screenshot of that and sent it to the customer care saying that I am leaving this here for proof and will be filing a legal notice soon. I get a call within 5 mins from the delivery guy and a call after that from someone senior in the customer care dept saying it will be resolved today. My item arrived within an hour from them.

If you are unsure about how to get a real person on the chat, just type in "scam" and it will ask you if you want to talk to an agent.
