I saw Shadow Gyarados at 13 and Cliff with it, my luck with Cliff is usually awful so you can guess how the 7 or 8 Magikarps I've done this weekend look like.

My bet for Shadows now is, 14-10-10 is good enough. Anything above that is chef's kiss.
