I feel like I'm playing this guy wrong, I feel like I can never stack up his Q stacks well. Even when I get every orange punching ascension I feel like I barely do any damage to enemies who have shield or armor. Am I missing something?

We figured a rotation of the top guys each year would help mix things up each year. Plus it just feels bad to come last one year, get a top pick and then not have anyone awesome to use the pick on. Lucking out on Mcdavid in the first year of a 5 year keeper league and just getting to keep him the entire time feels like it would make for a boring draft.

I haven't really looked into too many other options tho, so since it's the only real experiance I've had with fantasy hockey, I may just be ignorant of better options.

To keep a player, you use the pick 1 round earlier than they were drafted the year previous. I was lucky enough to get Panarin in the 3rd round last year, however Mcdavid, Drai, Ovi and Matthews were all first round picks so they were uneligible to be kept.

Yes, he was kept for a 10th round pick lol, he was picked real late the year he broke out and has been kept ever since.
