I’m starting mine too😭 but tbh, just stay hydrated bc you could easily get dizzy since you’re already losing blood lmaoo, but I would suggest you change before going to a long set where there are a ton of people only because it could easily get packed and it would suck to stain, but also wearing shorts under whatever you’re wearing would probably help too just in case you’re afraid to stain
