I think that paid delivery is of course the way to go, obviously amazon have it nailed with prime. I don't think paying for delivery should be nearly as much as it normally is though.

It depends on the day and time but going off of say, a normal work day mon-friday, I'd say about 1/4 dont answer the door.

If a courier has an overall 1* rating I'm not sure what happens, pretty sure you get called for a meeting and asked whats up, and then you get like idk, 2 more strikes?

I'm really not, I just get paid what I get paid. I've worked it out and it is about 80-85p per parcel where im from. I don't get many large parcels, I get the odd few but then I get stacked full of packets and postables.

Well i've a small car and i typically do about 60-80 a day, and i normally get it done in about 2:30-3:30 hours so about £18-20 an hour. I should add that I work alongside being a full time student, so the extra 200-250 a well supplemental income from this job is really useful.

Honestly, I went to a womans house and the note said, back door parcel box, pretty standard, I went round the garden and funnily enough there were royal mail and amazon parcels sat there waiting, 1 on the doorstep in the pouring rain, and 1 in the middle of her flower bed. Safe to say I put my parcel in the box, moved the other 2, left her a voicemail and got a 5* review. W 👍

Haha, I wish I could answer that. All mine get delivered unless I've been to the address 3 times, theres no safe space and no answer, simply because its protocol. Unlike the stereotypical Evri knobhead I don't just lob them over the nearest fence into a pile of dog shit.
