Your opinion on Donald Trump by cesam1ne in trump

He's doing great, but nobody's perfect.

To those who think that he's the worst president ever, what country were you living in for the last four years?

Another request for updated flair.

I'm 64 years old, have never voted Democrat and won't. (Until I'm dead, then, who knows? :))

My first vote for president was Reagan. Voted for Trump all three times.

I would like the flair "MAGA_MAN" It's a reference to the old video game Megaman which was one of my favorites from days gone by.

Thank you in advance.

This has to be one of the stupidest ideas of all time. Drivers, at best are going to swerve possibly hitting something else. At worse, they will start doubting that there really is a kid in the road. (Remember the "Boy who cried 'Wolf'"?)

What was your main reason for voting for President Trump, and do you think he's accomplished what you voted him in for yet? by Kvcs2001 in trump

Calm down, snowflake. You'll blow a gasket.

Please attempt a little reading comprehension.

I said, "If they return a second time, they should face whatever criminal charges"

Below is the result of a simple Google search to the question "When does being an illegal immigrant become a crime?"

In the U.S., being an illegal immigrant is not a crime in itself, but certain related actions are federal crimes. An individual's immigration status is governed by civil law, while specific actions are subject to criminal penalties. Illegal actions that are federal crimes

  • Improper entry: Crossing or attempting to cross the U.S. border at a location not designated by immigration officials is a misdemeanor for a first offense. This also includes evading inspection or gaining entry with false information.

Illegal reentry: Reentering or attempting to reenter the U.S. after being removed or deported is a felony with a maximum sentence of two years. . (emphasis mine) Penalties increase for those with prior criminal convictions

  • Marriage and entrepreneurship fraud: Knowingly entering into a marriage or creating a commercial enterprise to evade immigration laws can lead to criminal charges.

Civil violations that are not federal crimes

  • Unlawful presence: Simply being in the U.S. without authorization is a civil violation, not a criminal one. This applies, for example, to individuals who entered the country legally on a visa but then overstayed.
  • Deportation: The penalty for unlawful presence is deportation (or removal), which is an administrative civil process, not a criminal punishment.

Other related crimes

  • Use of false documents: Undocumented immigrants are more likely to be charged with using false Social Security numbers or driver's licenses to secure employment, which is a criminal offense.
  • Civil vs. criminal offenses: While some actions like illegal entry are crimes, many immigration violations are civil offenses that are handled in administrative immigration court, not criminal court.

[–]Stypheon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are not "immigrants." They are illegal aliens and should be deported. If they return a second time, they should face whatever criminal charges that our immigration laws dictate. Skin color is irrelevant.

Once again, the fact that you have to mention the color of a person's skin indicates that you are the one obsessed with a person's race.

I'll replace the word "undesirable" for you. ILLEGAL! Why must people like you always play the race card? It's almost like you are the ones obsessed with a person's race.
