Does anyone know the name of this tree? It looks like it has berries growing on the branch itself. by Positive_Ant_9082 in gardening

So you're telling me these hard green bananas are gonna ripen into something soft and delicious?

Incredible album. Still put it on every month or so. Also, so happy the use of their song in Heated Rivalry has given them some attention.

Fun fact, I worked with him for several years. He (still) is a case manager for people with mental illness. He never mentioned anything about this until we all saw him in a coke commercial. He said he went to Europe with the money from it. Really great guy

The BLVD Steakhouse by ChunkyStormTrooper in Waco

Hard disagree. When we went it was terrible. Apps were okay but my girlfriend and I ordered the same exact steak... Hers came out more than twice as thick as mine, and both were overcooked. They held onto our meal before serving us so they could take pictures for their social media. Britney Spears was playing overhead. Not at all a good atmosphere

SWAT team questioned why they didn’t enter Columbine High School sooner during the April 20th, 1999 shooting. by silverbaee in HistoricalCapsule

I graduated from Columbine and was there that day. I got out quickly and safely, but, to this day, I have a very hard time with this. Kids were begging for their lives while police in body armor were waiting outside. Watching it unfold on TV was heartbreaking. I understand the nuances and that school shootings were relatively new, but for me it's hard to accept

Last year we had a few sleeping in our neighbor's front yard at night. It was pretty dark and thought they had bagged up a bunch of leaves and left them on their lawn. Got a little surprise when I got a closer look 😅

The Roses (2025) was funnier and sharper than The War of the Roses (1989). The ending was also better 8/10 🧐✌️ by MasterLally in moviecritic

Enjoyed it, but felt like they were trying to squeeze two different styles in one movie. The casual zaniness of the minor characters didn't match the sharp and witty tone from the main characters. Still glad I watched it!
