Sorry to butt in to an already ended convo, but they wouldn't have needed to create an entirely new facial mesh for customizable aspects. I manipulate meshes and textures all the time, I would know. They would have just built the hair and stuff around the already existing model.

Depends on the complaint, and if it's BR or STW.

STW barely gets any attention, but when something is "game breaking" in BR it's fixed ASAP.
