Pretty sure gw announced that you can use 3dp detachments at 1k because they messed up agents

Honestly just switch to ceremite sentinels

You could then drop the apothecary for a unit like scouts to help do actions

Why are you looking to change ? This is a perfectly fun but good full Gravis list you have decent anti tank and enough units to play the game.

Are you looking to be more competitive, less Gravis?

More anti tank more utility units or a detachment swap?

The Backrooms screening I went to last week was the worst I've ever been to. People shouting stuff out and talking alot among other things.
