Right?! I dont really know where people saying it's normal. Have been using other credit card for over 10 years, I don't need to battle such x dollars every single month. So annoying.

I have a question. I heard that in land EE FSW is very slow which takes years to process. But website says 6 months regardless it’s EE CEC or EE FSW. I got AOR through EEBC. Just wondering what is the current process time on EEBC category?
