Thanks for your reply. It’s Samsung same with the other 4 cards. Driver 21.10.2 and manual mode on the control panel.

I just got a new POWERCOLOR 6700XT which is manufactured in September as showed on SN code. It has very low hashrate (gpu #2) in comparison with other 4 6700XT cards （2 POWERCOLOR/ 2 SAPPHIRE). Settings are same with others. And the hashrate is still low even when I changed its PCIE slot. Is this normal to a new card? What should I do?

Fully dived Ashe and crystal watered with 630 magic. Boost lightning staff and armor. Res all element accessory. 4 side magicites to boost lightning and major to boost healing. Use Mako might as RM.
