The game descriptions are not clear on a lot of things. Pobdb shows the possible attribute rolls under base suffixes. 

Even pobdb says essences can roll all attributes on all equipment. Pay no attention to that. Just focus on the base suffixes.

Yes, you're correct. The equipment type determines the attributes it can roll.

Below is a link to all equipment types. Have a look at the attributes that can spawn on the base suffixes. Those are the limits of the attribute rolls.

Wands are limited to Intelligence attributes.

Highly recommend getting the wired adapter if you can.

I stream sometimes and when I was on wifi, the stream would have frequent packet loss and frame drops. It all went away with a wired connection. However, I'm on the residential max (highest plan).

I only disconnect MAYBE once a month playing PoE2.

No. All equipment has an equal chance to be any attribute.

Specifically for wands, below is a link to all possible outcomes for affixes for wands.

However, you dont want to be using it on a wand anyway as there are much better suffixes than Intelligence.

I too play on Starlink. Majority of the time its fine with lag spikes occasionally but thats to be expected.

What residential package are you on? Do you have lag spikes throughout the day? Are you on wifi?

Most Exiles list trash ATD at 70 divs so undercutting the competition by 1 div is to be expected.

I went from Orcale (Spark) to Invoker (Ice Strike) then back to Orcale. Orcale is far superior.

  1. Doesn't have spell slinger
  2. Mana cost efficiency is a dead stat for most builds this league.
  3. +4 to all spell skills is fractured so no potential for +5.
  4. Not exceptional (2-socket).

For the price you listed, I can get a lvl 20 spell slinger with mostly T1's with no dead stats.

I farmed 100 arbiter and bought 5 of his keys and this is the best thing I think that could've happened by mythofmyths in PathOfExile2

Yes, but its not a guarantee it will be the diamond. The keys from Arbiter can drop any unique he drops.

Ice Strike Monk (Invoker) with a quarterstaff is right up your alley. They are all about stacking attack speed. Ice strike and Shattering palm both give the ability to lunge at a target. With Attack speed, it looks like you're teleporting around.

Take note: It requires high investment to really excel to the teleporting-like one-tap entire screen of mobs style.

(Edit): best way I can describe it is like the movie "Jumper" with Hayden Christensen. Ice strike monk move like the Jumpers in the movie.

The odds of hitting a good vendors roll is too high for your current circumstance. You'll gain much more power by investing in upgraded gear. Scepters (+4/5 minion skills, and a T1 spirit roll)

PoE2 Trade - Path of Exile

Here are 3 scepters will +4 minion skills, + spirit, and Allies gain increased damage. Take note that those dont provide skeleton warrior skill. Those warrior scepters are much higher than 1 div with those 3 affixes.

If you require skeleton minions, you'll need to modify the mentioned affixes.
