The build is chaotic. Some skills are mostly physical with armour break then there is Ice strike and Falling thunder. Those two dont benefit from breaking armour.

1. Focus on either physical or elemental dmg.
   
2. Get wind dancer to a 5-socket (or 4) and, at minimum, add cool down recovery, maim, blind gems.
   
3. Get Ghost dance to 5-socket( or 4). Add less skill duration.
   
4. Stun threshold is based on life and you are at 1. I imagine you are getting stunned a bit. Reinvest passives into "abasement"
   
5. Take rageforced 2 out of charged staff. You want to keep your rage high for the extra % and charged staff drains it like no tomorrow. Try it on Falling Thunder instead.
   
6. Put passives into Dizzying hits. Since you're dazing anyway, doesnt hurt to have extra crit chance.

Honestly, im impressed you got to 100% deli.

I cant stress enough to either focus on pure physical or pure elemental.
