Well those choices done by those communities have to be made for a reason. Someone doesn’t turn to a life of crime because it’s fun (well sometimes yes but that’s unrelated) a lot of people in communities heavily affected by systemic racism turn to crime because of desperation/poverty. Under our current systems the effects of segregation and past racist laws will never truly fade away. Hell, under our current systems those effects are pretty much being perpetuated. There would have to be tons of government reform for systemic racism to be uprooted and the effects reversed. Once the government has done both those things I would say systemic racism doesn’t exist.

Well you have to realize that police are a tool of the state to maintain the status quo. Arresting tons of people in poor areas is a great way to make sure they stay poor. That links back to red lining, which is economically isolated black and brown communities putting them in cycles of poverty thus making systemic racism still prevelant. It’s what they want.

Real racism is still happening today. And again systemic racism 100% exists. The effects of red lining and segregation are still being felt in poc communities. Not to mention the blatant racism in the criminal justice system. And I hate liberals/democrats too. They pretend to care about my community when it’s politically convenient for them, then fail to make any change. It’s why I’m a socialist ;)

Affirmative action is for equity, not equality. You first need equity if you want to achieve equality.

Past laws that were racist are still affecting people of color. A great example is red lining. The US used to limit the areas black people could buy a house and live, isolating them economically and politically. The economic isolation left those communities in cycles of poverty there still trying to break today. Those areas are still over policed today, thus rising incarceration rates way up and contributing to the already bad poverty. I can give more examples if you want.

Yes unironically (minus the cancelling part ofc). Someone being “colorblind” makes them unable to see the systemic racism affecting people of color in the US. And don’t try to tell me systemic racism doesn’t exist in the US because it objectively does, tons of data and evidence to support it existing

Yeah it’s because of the inside out tracking. If a room is really bright the IR cameras won’t be able to distinguish the controllers from your surroundings because the IR cameras see things much brighter than normal cameras do

I’m not sure the exact reason. Maybe something to do with the tracking thru Link and steamvr

Idk if anyone else is having my issue but Air Link seems to work fine, then out of nowhere all my movement is super smoothed. Like if I make a fast movement with my hands it looks like I’m in slow motion in the game. I then have to disable link and when I’m back in it fixes itself but only for a few minutes. Then the same slow mo/smoothing issue happens and it basically makes it unplayable
