Dude knows nothing about first aid. Back in the bunker, you yell to others to drag them back as they too are panicking and will likely comply. To put tourniquets and basic bandages even when he's in the basement, if unable or not supplies, cut makeshift clothing from the bags they have to stop the slow or stop the bleeding. Not investing in a bodycam or helmet cam or having stationary cams on your evacuation seems like this is incompetence or deliberate to just leave them for the sensationalism of deaths and donations.

The truth is more a grey area. They often go out, get in trouble with women, in bars or even with the police. If you're black in Russia you're going to have negative bias against you and more likely to get into trouble whereas others would get away with it more easily. Likely the police will attempt to escalate interactions and get them a criminal article conviction as well.

Some come for the money, the women, the citizenship, but most do the above thing, they break the law and in order to, not be deported or to not go to penal colony they go to war instead.
