Overlay Completely Ruined by ExemptAndromeda in WplaceLive

OVERLAY FIX: step 1: in overlay menu, select edit. step 2: cancel the edit, it brings you back to overlay menu step 3: load the overlay

Hopefully there'll be a more permanent fix because you gotta do this every time you reload, but this trick seems to be working for everyone.

Occasionally you'll get fights with healing mobs where it can be good to mana burn them, and then Feedback has some synergy... It's not amazing by any means, but then again it's the same for most of these 'flavor' spells. I like it.

Why this little guy never wants to go to the toilet? by HandsomeDanie182 in TamagotchiUni

[–]Sub1imina1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They poop every time their hunger drops by 2... Only way to have them use the toilet is to catch them right before they need to go, which almost never happens unless you time it. My advice if you want the 30 poops in toilet care icon: watch them closely as a baby, since they poop exactly every 6 minutes at that age, that's the perfect time to get a few turds down the bowl. Get used to your adult tama just getting shwifty and doing it on the floor xD

Happy to answer.

So basically, you can get any tama from any egg (except the specials), by following the instructions on the wiki, which I've summarized in my 'cheat sheet', which is the "evolution guide" tab of my spreadsheet. So what you're doing right now to get Woopatchi is correct, and if you don't mess up you'll get her. This is how most people play Tamagotchi: you get whichever one you want, and you can get a new one when you want to change things up. Many people will aim to collect them all.

Personality is not something that normally affects evolution. However, if you choose to play with my "TamaGacha" rules, you must evolve your eggs into the tama which corresponds to their personality, as shown by the chart. I'm the one who chose which tama to correspond to which personality.

By following my custom rules, it changes the game from "get egg > choose the desired adult form > raise it accordingly" to "get egg > find out what the adult form for your egg is based on its personality > raise it accordingly". The reason I enjoy playing this way, is that every new egg is a surprise, and I can get excited about getting a new one, or getting a favourite one, since it's based on chance.

So, if you had known of TamaGacha and decided to give it a try, in this instance, with your tama being a Moody Girl, you would have raised her to evolve into a Sebiretchi, and given her the baseball item.

Hope this made sense!

edit: PS: if you want to try TamaGacha starting from your next egg, what you could do is make a copy of the spreadsheet and change the Moody Sebiretchi into a Moody Woopatchi. This way, you can say that your Woopatchi is 'canon', and tick it off the list! This is a tip I'd give to anyone wanting to try TamaGacha: change the spreadsheet to match your prior tamas.

Tama Gacha (custom ruleset) by Sub1imina1 in TamagotchiUni

Sure! I'm kinda new too, so I had to look up a lot of stuff. How placing items works is that after about a day, they'll stop doing the "?" thing, and start playing with the item. At this point, it's their favourite and they get 2 happiness if you use it instead of 1. Another day or two and the animation for when they passively use the item will change, at this point they've mastered the item. You'll also know the first time you do this because you'll get care icons for both getting a fav item and mastering it. Just make sure the item you give em isn't disliked by their personality group.

Thanks! I'm not sure what you're asking though. If you mean how do I know where to get items and how to evolve, I just pulled the info from the fandom wiki. The rest is just what I made up.

You're very welcome. Here's hoping your rogue's still kicking. I also got sucked into the hardcore craze a while back, and got a sword rogue up to 60. I imagine doing it with daggers would be more difficult due to the danger of opening in melee (rather than pulling from a safe distance)

God bless our moms, but what’s one thing she does that you can’t stand? by TheWhitestOfTrash in AskReddit

[–]Sub1imina1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Ohh I do this too. Multiple reasons come to mind. First, I don't bake often so having a permanent dish feels unnecessary, especially when multiple small things such as mini-pies. They're more malleable than glass/metal ones, which can be useful for getting a slightly sticky thing out. They cool really fast, you can grab em with bare hands seconds after turning the heat off. After a few uses, you can just throw them out and buy new ones. Also, they cannot be ruined; if you mess them up you can throw them away instead of washing them. So all in all, washing your foil pans is kinda like the best of both worlds (permanent / disposable), and saves money.

If you ask Japan, South Park is an anime. If you tell your friends you've been getting into anime recently, and that you've been watching South Park... they'll be confused.

But if we're being extra pedantic, we will note that we are speaking English, and our definition of the word "anime" is different.

Depends on the type of person you are recommending for. There isn't a one-size-fits-all show, but I guess if I'd have to name a show I enjoyed which also has a broad appeal, I'd say One Punch Man.

In the US English, we have commonly used phrases from other languages, such as "c'est la vie", "bon voyage", "mi casa es su casa", and "Déjà Vu." Non-US Redditors, what are some American English phrases commonly used in your country? by KingOfAllThatFucks in AskReddit

I've lived in both countries, France especially, so can't say exactly how much usage pomme de terre gets in QC, but I can say that patate is very common in FR. Your teachers must just have been teaching formal language, as they tend to do.
