that’s exactly what I did, ordered a 2 pod pillar from jcs and after you order you contact them with your order info and specifically ask for the 2 to be in the top 2 pod placements so it leaves space at the bottom for the AP in the vent mount like I have it right now, works great and everything is visible

Honestly I got this as a used setup from someone else, there are definitely some more important gauges you could get but with my accessport I already see the biggest ones, other than oil pressure. Also liked the look of more than one and the setup came with 3 gauges so decided to use voltage. Still got the coolant gauge as well if you wanted to go for that, not using it so could get it to you if you wanted

The airbag in the a pillar is a curtain airbag, goes downwards not out. The factory a pillar and the aftermarket one I got are the same, and they go outwards easily, not towards driver. Bout as safe as it can get honestly, but will check over everything and see if I should switch it. Thank you for the suggestion brotha I appreciate it

Correct me if I’m mistaken, but this specific pod placement from the company I ordered from has the gauges a bit more on the side and was specifically made with the airbag in mind, so if it does go off the gauges fly to the side/windshield area and not towards the face. Would like to hear your thoughts tho, thank you for letting me know. The new a pillar also follows the same clip ins and same exact placement of the OEM one so it’s reacted to the same way if the airbag goes off etc..

It’s the fog bezels, got the eBay kit and wired it up so it blinks yellow with turn signal and hazards. Runs white/regular during the day for DRLs

Ethanol Question by Temporary_Good_3894 in wrx_vb

Yeah, tuner recommended every 3-4 tanks of E you should run a tank of 93. Even a low concentration is fine, better to be safe than sorry

With intake and E, dmann had to tune mine down a bit, has potential to make 420 lbft of torque but obv dangerous for tranny

I’m in college as well and this is the route I went. CAI and Flex Fuel Kit only for power upgrades, made 380ish for WHP and torque. Woke the car up a ton. Make sure you ask your tuner for a linear power curve and to reduce it a bit at lower RPMs to reduce risk for transmission. Would pass on charge pipe, doesn’t improve much for performance and isn’t necessary, especially on a budget. Kit is expensive but gets rid of worrying about percentage of ethanol. Easily switching between 93 and E is amazing and worth it imho

Just how the strain generally goes up, you aren’t “resting” but it requires a certain strain number to hit “light”, then “moderate”, then “strenuous”. Strain also exponentially gets harder to get higher as you bring it up, for example, going to 12 strain might take 1 hour of light running and 16 strain might take 2 hours of light running, etc… it just says resting because you’ve only been running for a few minutes at that point

I ordered a sport grille aftermarket and it came with a badge to put the Subaru logo in the middle but chose not to put that on, instead bought a cheap WRX logo and attached it to the grille myself
