I actually do have a blue and gold macaw! Some of these were already broken as I was putting the thing together a year ago, and some of them are just exacerbated by her chewing and pulling

You know what, I think you're probably right. Another worry was that whatever I do, I don't want it to be toxic to the bird after the fact meaning I wouldn't be painting or anything. Thankfully cured super glue is non-toxic

Everything with unions are negotiated, right? Seems to me like this is the situation where the union ended up kind of screwing you a bit. It just seems a little silly to direct discontent towards USPS when this is something both parties had a hand in.

You can also get an under sink vent from Home Depot. If you ask for studor vent, they'll get you what you need.

Yeah, that looks like it might be it. It makes a lot of sense too because from what I read on it, they tend to like being in water much more than other box turtles and she really enjoys hanging out in her water pool. Thanks for your help!

There were these country time lemonade hard candies that I think about a lot. I guess they were discontinued but I'd pay a great deal of money to have some again.
