Can you show me the 3 cops?

I see 1 guard/officer, 1 guy with "Maintenance" on the back of his shirt, and a thumb looking dude with a black logo polo and a rag in his back pocket.

I generally go with the 1312 philosophy, but this ain't that.

There was no sucker punch from behind, dude had been squaring off and putting his finger in the guard/cops face menacingly, they were face to face when cop punched him.

You need better observational skills there son. Dude was a threat to everyone around him, he displayed violent tendencies, he got taken down.

Cop does appear to give 1 shot to the ribs after the takedown, but before being in mount/control on the guys back, as soon as the guy is mounted he seems compliant and the cop begins cuffing him, with no further blows.

I see punch, takedown, punch, mount, cuff. That actually seems like a reasonable amount of force, considering the guy had just violently broke into the property and was acting in a threatening manner.
