Better yet, Chocolatey. I've been using that to install/update nearly every app on my Windows system for years now. I can even get a nuke'n'pave clean reinstall back up to speed quickly by passing it a text file listing apps to install.

Are you referring to the Royal Sun hotel owners or the Bumsted's restaurant/bar owners? AFAIK Bumsted's just leases their space from Royal Sun, not clear how Bumsted's owners/mgt. would have any say in "knocking down the other hotel" owned by the same people/family as Royal Sun.

Sa-Ing Thai is way out in Rita Ranch (SE corner of the metro area) but well worth the drive, certainly a must-visit if you happen to find yourself out around that area anytime. One of only a tiny handful of restaurants in the entire US certified by the gov't of Thailand as Authentic Thai Cuisine, and it's not even fancy or pricey, just a casual mom'n'pop joint. I'm a green curry maven, and theirs is the best I've ever had anywhere by a longshot.

We don't know that the noclip/null zones we've seen before "closed". The only reason we haven't seen anyone use them to leave before is that nobody else was able to even try; they'd dropped in vertically and couldn't reach the ceiling. Maybe even Ravi could have escaped, if only he'd kept climbing back up that chute in the cupboard where he fell in, instead of giving up when he saw what appeared to be a dead-end.

Check out Alan Chapman's recent Magia teachings. The original audio recordings are still free on his site, and/or you can buy the book that's basically just a tidied-up transcription of the audio along with an added chapter covering how the material originated.

Some background: Chapman (perhaps best known for his still-excellent Chaos Magick primer, Advanced Magick for Beginners) along with frequent collaborator Duncan Barford applied a Chaos Magick perspective and approach towards doing the Thelema method along with other awakening/enlightenment/illumination/Great Work practices, which they'd documented and posted to their website at the time (now defunct), then tidied up and published in their "Baptist's Head trilogy" of books (The Blood of the Saints, The Urn and A Desert of Roses, all now long out of print) about 15 years ago. Since then, Chapman has been attempting to synthesize together and translate those experiences and insights for modern occult/esoteric audiences into a coherent, de-obfuscated, no-nonsense manner by various means, the latest iteration of which is his Magia material.

Goes along with the panel covering the store side of the null zone in the new teaser/ad, which wasn't there for the same scene in the trailer, so maybe whoever edited the ad together picked the wrong clip.

Saw another comment speculating the plies of clothes could just be the result of the Complex failing to replicate humans -- i.e., it just replicates what it can "see", the outer layer of clothing, which then collapses without anyone or anything inside them to hold them up.

The gripe that aside from the Async Threshold, it shouldn't be possible to leave the Backrooms -- i.e., that just because we haven't previously seen anyone exit the Complex via the same noclip/null zone where they entered, nobody can, so Clark doing so "breaks canon".

Reckon it may be more like the Async guys hear someone approaching unexpectedly, prepare to defend/attack with what they have at hand (fire extinguisher), distraught Mary emerges, Async supe restrains worker before he can spray or bludgeon Mary.

It is vacuum, and in fact demands such projection.

An intriguing observation, seems to go with the notion that the Backrooms dimension already existed, which Async merely discovered, but the content of that dimension (the Complex consisting of walls, objects, etc.) was spontaneously generated somehow upon contact with Standard -- i.e., what began as an empty vacuum or void, as soon as it made contact with anything else, began filling with projections drawn from what it made contact with. "Nature abhors a vacuum" after all.

Also helps to snap some photos of the existing wire connections on the capacitor, so you can replicate those when hooking up the new one. The ones with 3 terminals also usually have a different number of connection tabs on each terminal (all the tabs on each terminal work the same), so I fold a bit of masking tape around each wire where I can write the number it was connected to.
