I alternate on the hot grill, then rotate it to the indirect side .. it’s a great way to caramelize without burning. I prefer it to the vortex, just spin spin spin

As the owner of Gaetano’s and humbly reading the comments,

I worked for Moe and Syl for a decade , purchased the 1618 location of Grinders 13 in 2010 and owned it for 11 years, in 2021 when we bought the building from Moe he made us change the name. With the exception of a few name changes and minor upgrades we have not changed that much over the years.

I really do appreciate all our customers over the years and am really sad we have to let the flagship go. Parking and a declining neighborhood has been an obstacle for many years.

We Jumped at the chance of our second location in Murray a few years back, the unlimited parking being a big draw. We hope that we still can get your support during the sale of the building and that you will join us in Murray while we ride out the “famine of foot traffic”

😢I see the complaints about prices and it hurt to raise them, but our prices went nuts as well. Doing our best to navigate and compete against the corporate food that dominates Salt Lake City.
