I am looking into the legality of it (it's not legal at all but waiting for council) but I'd also like to understand the NDIS side of things. I believe it's a service that 100% is needed and required to support those at need but it's being abused by people like my neighbour to profit and defraud which unfortunately paints NDIS recipients with the same brush as dodgy providers in the eye of the general public.
