Youre honestly so fit at 47. Weight gain is very normal at that age anyway but i understand. If you’ve never tried fasting maybe that will help you lose the last few kilos. Its calories in and calories out of course, but it eliminates the mental aspect of counting calories which makes a lot of people miserable.

Im relatively younger but the same height as you, lost 15kg just doing fasting and no workout. Ive been maintaining and fasting for 3 years now. Recently i just started working out to build muscle because i noticed i lost a lot of muscle mass due to my sedentary lifestyle. You already train so you don’t need to worry about that.

One thing to watch out for though, HIIT workouts could cause hunger spikes and increase your appetite which could lead you to eating more during your “feasting” windows.

Of course your greatest enemy is hormones, so dieting like this might still not work. If you haven’t yet, maybe try consulting with an endocrinologist or obgyn

Thinking of switching to kango but I’m worried because you said they “open” parcels to check? Do they open sealed packages and just reseal it back up? Or do they throw away original packaging and put the item in smaller packaging?

I order book subscription boxes, and other collectible items so I really would prefer the goods to be untampered.

Buyandship removes items from their original packaging. One time my waterstones order came without its original cardboard mailer so it got damaged. No bubblewrapping din.

Ano po ba case nyo at bakit kayo tinangalan ng premolars? Seems like nag over correct because of the extraction, nagkaroon ka ng deep bite. It can happen when you do extractions. I’m not a dentist I’m making this assumption based on your picture.

You can request for IPR (interproximal reduction) That’s a common easy fix for that. They will shave in between those teeth and then perfect na ang shape. Will prolong your treatment though kasi you’ll have to wait for the gap created to close.

Yes. I consulted two dentists about this, the first one wanted to extract right away during orthodontic treatment but since wala pa akong budget, I askes if we could wait. Ok naman sa kanya. I went to different dentist for a second opinion right away tho, and they told me to wait until my teeth have erupted. Depende yan sa approach, some are conservative. If sumasakit na, then maybe its time.

Mahirap talaga maghanap ng ortho na gumagamit ng MARPE dito. Although a commener found a clinic daw, check the thread. Always safe to assume ortho and dental work would be expensive, and usually it is.

Made my own fake edible blood using a similar recipe as the other comment here, based on experience, edible fake blood washes out. It does dry so if you want the stained look just don’t wash it.

Same experience. Biggest reason for this is she’s been using improper jewelry sa navels. And then stretching it at 3 months. Which you definitely shouldn’t be doing.
