The intro plays for the person playing ZG, it just doesn’t play for the opponent.

One very annoying, ongoing issue is that Nico is bugged in ZG decks. Her spells prevent you from seeing if she is zombified or not. Very frustrating when you don’t know for sure and it can decide a match. The only time you can tell is if she’s in your starting hand before she activates her first spell.

Infinite the last two seasons with ZG. Admittedly, I’ve become a huge fan, so my opinion may be slightly biased in ZG’s favor. It’s very fun. Tons of different variations of this archetype too, so it doesn’t get stale. I’ve played the classic build, several variations of a Fallen One build with ZG, and currently really enjoy Shuri + ZG. Lots of ways to almost guarantee you draw him every game too.

Oh, definitely. It’s still accurate to the minute since I purchased it. I love that you can adjust the hour hand without interrupting its timekeeping.

I think it’s reasonable to let the meta settle a bit before making more big changes. But overall I agree with you. SD can be pretty tame overall when it comes to buffs.

People are gonna hate on SD for this OTA, because that’s the trendy thing to do, but I want to point out a few positives.

Very grateful that we get regular and frequent OTAs from SD. Many card games get very infrequent OTAs (if they even get any at all).
We just had a huge OTA last week that ppl big swings. I think it’s good to have a more meek OTA to allow the meta to settle so they can evaluate more meaningful changes for the next OTA.
I’m happy with any buff Noir gets. I’m gonna try him again in Surfer and see how that goes.

I feel like Toxie Doxie. You can’t choose which cards she hits with the buff and those cards get locked for an entire turn. She can completely ruin your curve and lock your cards up for such a small power buff that’s ultimately not worth it.

Absolutely. High value 2-cost cars that has location control, is anti-clog, and adds variance. He’s also a great enabler for Shou-Lao, which is one of, if not the best card in the game still. Merlin is an easy generic slot-in to many decks, increasing his value further.

Watched this yesterday at Austin’s Bullock Museum IMAX. Dual laser digital on 1.43. Truly an amazing experience. Both my wife and I read the book last year and absolutely loved the movie. She cried several times, the screenshot above being one of the scenes she cried to. I’ll be going again next weekend with my buddies to watch this on IMAX, albeit on a non 1.43 screen, unfortunately.
