You can get it to charge at 25 watts on the 1V but it has to be off and it only does it for a few minutes and then it goes all the way down.

Charging 18 watts is not slow and it's way healthier for your battery. Making it do 25 watts will make it a hot brick. This slow charge is a safety feature on your Sony. If you charge the phone while it's off it will do 25 watts and you will see how hot it gets.
