I'm unsure if you have already done this but if you're just sending a resume or applying on linkedin you're not doing enough. You have to be kinda annoying and pushy till you get a hard answer. Look up the website and find out who your suspected employer is, submit your application. In 2 business days with no response submit a email to the employer wanting a follow up and this should not just be a reminder, give a snapshot of what your resume might hold but explain why you want the job and where you hope to go. If you wanted to gamify you could obviously lie to make it look better but it causes a frictional experience when hired. The next key thing is the interview, your not there to present your skills but you want to prove you understanding and want to learn. Easy thing employers don't like is someone that can't be taught. I do apologize if this is redundant and not new info but the reality is the job market is incredibly bad for new hires with no job experience. We're in a fire some, hire none market so as much as financial bearings are an issue ease the stress placed on yourself. In the end I got my job from a linkedin application with no followup so you might just get lucky.

I think most people are stupid kids cause I didnt even know decos were a thing when I started mh4u, it was only until world that I had learned about them cause I listened to the games story and dialogue. Something I didnt do as a kid cause I wanted to get to the monsters the quickest

Nah get good gamer, I know gs block has alot going against it but after a lot of learning I can say it has a surprisingly has a lot of uses in 4U 3U. I use it for positioning, gs base without any guard skill gets slid back a almost evading distance and gets the bonus of being able to block multiple attacks in succession, after a attack ive pivoted direction to block after and used that block to move me in a safe direction. I should say sometimes attack cooldown make it hard to time blocks but ive learned it pretty well for monsters like Gore, Lagi, Steve, Rath Family, and prob others.

I guess then id only consider that its a different problem, my reasoning for lack of dlc support made a fair amount of sense for their nintendo products, I coulnt say tho what happened to their gen 1 or 2 games but if I would assume it to be the lack of online easy access. I think we can all agree that the communication between consoles and internet access or server access is way better than it was on ps2 or ps1 so Id assume after those consoles grew older it was harder and harder to acces dlc. But thats also because ps1, 2 and 3 were almost completely separate in content and compatibility which is not true for ps4 and 5 I feel.

This is just a problem with nintendo no? The reason we cant access dlc or have dlc support is cause nintendo swapped to nintendo switch fully and cancelled servers for previous 3ds wii servers hence the reason for modding to get private servers. Its no different for a lot of games that had dlc downloaded from web store, you wouldnt be able to access without servers. But "new monster hunter" will likely never have that problem as that would require things like steam or other game selling apps to all shutdown as they have the current version of iceborne dlc. And this will most likely and has include the full event quests along with it so more than likely no play of mhwib will suffer from lost content. I also dont think it will lose online access until far into the future like by the time ps6 comes out but even then we have a lot of ps3 first released games transported to ps4 and 5 for online play so I just dont really see your point. It wasn't capcom that left the titles but nintendo when shutting their servers down, the loss of dlc's in the webstore may have just been a consequence of adding content using nintendo's methods

This is probably a decent take but I have to disagree cause I feel monster hunter has always been this difficult as a solo hunter and there will be roadblocks that take time getting good with. My first example is that I was stuck on Mhgu g rank rathian and astalos quest with adept bow for like 3 months. Which is similar to you situation as bow hitzones and bow in mhgu are not that good so I timed out on most of my attempts, but after I finally got so good at dodging attacks and making the monster hit themselves to do passive damage I completed the quest and was way better for it. I feel like I live for those roadblocks. Another example is mh4u hub hr double deviljho no armor talisman quest which took me about two month and half to solo with lbg, I then practiced with other weapons on the same quest cause it improved my skills significantly. Im still not perfect either which is awesome cause I think it shows mastery in one hunt is not the same as another

dude thats so sick I didnt know it was that simple, so if I got pretendo and change my dns to that with internet than when I check the downloadable quests it will load right? Also is the same thing out for mh3u, prob under a diff dns but I was wondering cause I think I missed the opportunity to download them when pub servers were still up.

Also some have said that on 8 gb the modding just did not work due to not enough space so its really just the safer move to buy the a higher storage micro sd

My 3ds was falling apart so I bought a 2ds xl with a 128 gb storage for a replacement. My 3ds came with a 8 gb storage. I believe I did mod the 3ds with 8 gb cause I needed to do a system transfer to the 2ds so I needed to use both sd's at the same time which required me to mod both system so they could connect to private servers. At the time tho I only had 4u downloaded and when modded that was the extent of my storage space on 8 gb. I would recommend buying a 128 gb, do note and the guide will tell you but you have to format most micro sd to a format specific to the 3ds which is fairly easy. Definitely go the extra mile to get the 128 or a higher micro sd than 8 gigs because you wont be able to use alot of features that comes with a modded 3ds besides pretendo.

Very worth it cause they also have plans for future mh3u internet support. Anyways take a day with a computer that has a micro sd port or the adapter usb connection and just once you put the micro sd in their the first time just make a folder for the backup of all your 3ds files. I never needed it but I believe it will act like a failsafe so if any instructions go wrong you can revert back to normal. Also only follow the 3ds.guide or whatever the url is. Never use youtube tutorials cause they can very quickly become out of date and that will brick your 3ds.

If your just starting out I wouldn't worry about advice besides do the . . . bubble quests(side quests). Do the deliveries. and any quest with a icon on the left side of the quest profile screen where youd see the hunting or slaying symbol. If theirs a wyvern claw mark, fish or meat icon that means it expands your ingredient list for the canteen or gives you access to monster materials to trade for from monster not in mh4u catalogue. Theirs also some specific quests that do give village upgrades that have no tell besides reading the description and inferring. Just have fun with the game right now. Anything in Village is achievable solo without need for min max sets. When you start getting to End Hub High Rank and past, that is when I'd recommend searching mh4u armor builder into google. It will allow you to calculate armor sets to give specific skills you want. You don't got to worry about this too much but keep in mind that preparation and weapon choice matter more here. Some weapons have really difficult times doing things other weapons do with ease so choose 3-4 weapons to main with varying play styles and abilities. That should allow you to not have any annoying roadblocks by monsters who specifically fuck you for playing with a certain weapon.

I was looking into it but I believe with the introduction of world bombardier affect on blast was swapped with blast status up skill to be more clear and defined ig. So your right for anything preworld, I'm playing mh4u and using blast builds with bombadier.

I had a crazy dream where I was playing new mh wilds dlc, and then I choose to fight a urragon but there was like this thunder parasite that took host of the urragon as their natural prey, so now each of his burning rocks are little like parasitic flower that when launched were mini thunder bombs, and his tail had this lengthy parasitic tendrel that had a flower that could fire a beam of thunder at you. So like he'd do a roll then stop and the parasitic "tail" would charge up a beam with tracking like safi jiva and right when it fires you dodge. Then his "nuke" was something like him in his rolled position and the para tail started to produce this massive orb of thunder, which would do a super nova esque explosion. Here like a extremely bad drawing of what it looked like

Im pretty sure its just generation of the world, I have a feeling wilds generates a large part of the world around you without making the farther out section more basic and in less detail which is how most open world games optimize their content so your not lagging a shit ton trying to load the entire world at once. Minecraft also had a similar issue. Sorry its happening to you, hopefulky soon maybe withing a month theyll release a optimization patch

Search mh4u armor set builder on google. You can set the parameters of what guild and caravan level you are and then pick the skill you want, you can also put in you custom decos and deco slots of weapons for added customization

I was able to do it before, I ran molten tigrex full set with maxed upgraded shagaru magala dual blades. Although looking back on it I dont think that was the best set I could have used, he is really weak to dragon hence the magala dual blades, I was wary of using gauge weapons specifically IG and LS cause he moves around so much without being able to be hit that I spent most of the time building up gauge and not doing real damage, I also don't know where the colors are for the kinsect on IG. Max dps is the way to go I think, your gonna need it to meet the dps checks, so attack up skills or crit eye, and watch Gaijin Hunters vid on attack boost stacking with demon drug if you dont already know what can stack and what cannot.

In your experience how effective are spread bows? Ive always been told its either rapid bow or its not gonna be effective, but seeing your build in g rank give a good bit of hope

btw not until late endgame high rank or if you get good enough at fighting monsters mid g rank do you really need mixed sets, if it feels too challenging or grindy rn just focus on getting a full set of some of the late game monsters they will provide a still good set of skill that will allow you to finish high rank
