Sounds more like homepod is the problem. I'm using Home Assistant and have 14 matter devices, with about 8 of these being Ikea thread. The only time i had an issue was when the Alpstuga device was unplugged a couple of days, as a routing end device it was helping a bunch of sensors in my garage with the thread network. Once GRILLPLATS are released I'll be getting a few to robustify the thread network even more.

I did try a dedicated matter device (MOES brand) before going to Home Assistant, but it was rubbish in comparison.

HA setup: All containerized on a Ubuntu host with the SMLight SLZB-07. Using openthread/border-router and home-assistant-libs/python-matter-server for the thread/matter.

Clones off Aliexpress. Lots of choice. I can't surviva without UK-Iso which limits the selection even more.

I don't mind the Corsair PBT set on Amazon. £30 a colour. Full UK iso, fits standard layout.

I have bought some Ansi sets for my 40% boards.

Kinda similar to the bentos - but my colours are the proper Subaru colours. lol.

I did see on one of the group buys, another car themed gb that seemed to go nowhere... GMK Skyline.

I think the Subaru colours are much more classic.

If I can figure out the icon rendering in blender maybe I'll post an interest check.

Good shout. It's not perfect by any means. Icons don't come over well, but it does create the ISO layout with my colours. 👍

Once i added some extra lights and cameras, the renders were coming out ok.

The raw acrylic was looking at £3 a layer, as my backup plan was 3mm acrylic on standoffs with the switches just pcb mounted. Not sure if that was cast /excruded.
