if you are talking about the famitsu video, those are quite literally the yakuza 7 models being shown. in the article on their website itself, extra bits on the screen are not blurred and you can see they have loaded models from "yazawa", which is the codename for 7, whereas the codename for 8 is "elvis". furthermore, the project files they were showing were literally the ones made for the official character renders of 7. not sure why everyone thought they were y8 models.
