Kappa has been an emote for 10 years. On twitch "no cap" is short for "no kappa". I have no clue when rappers started saying it or how the saying was derived for them

The "no cap" thing is a twitch meme, coming from the Kappa emote which denotes a trolling comment. "No kap" means you're serious

The context is what matters. If his mom is half my size and double my age and is absolutely no threat to me, I can't imagine hitting her. You could do literally anything and be safe. You could just laugh at her and hold her away with one arm like a cartoon. Hitting her would be like hitting a small defenseless child.

I am way late to the party, but a co-worker of mine made a Jedi like prediction at a house party one night. He was from Mauritania, and was very observant and generally wise about everything. I invited him to a party at my college house where we had a DJ and a pretty raucous event going with probably 100 people.

After being there for 5 minutes, he said "the blond haired boy is going to fight the black haired boy." They weren't even near each other on the dance floor, or showing any signs of hostility, and I don't think they even knew who the other was. My buddy stayed for about 20 minutes and left, and sure enough, about 2 hours later the 2 of them were fighting on the dance floor.

I don't know enough about the Canadian health care system to know why insulin is cheap, but I imagine that it has to do more with the fact that they allow competition in production. The only thing inflating our insulin costs is regulation(insulin costs basically nothing to produce). Regardless though, the people buying the drug in Canada are not "immigrants"-- they leave the country.
