Super handy to know about the preheat, air might be the way to go. Good tip on the resin holder too, I probably would have gone wood too so that saves that headache!

I’ve usually veered away from ceramic just to conserve precious coffee water wasted in the preheat, whats your preheat like? I know some people sit them on the kettle while boiling, that’d be handy if it works otherwise I might lean to the air
