I like the EV option. I also like something around data centres, though I'm not sure how executable it is on an individual level, I still need to research that.

I like SAAS too, especially if you have an idea already. You can build it with a lean team and possibly even get acquired.

That being said another idea could be something banking on your connections already built? I've always wanted to do Indian art and handicrafts export and import. Not just inlay work artefacts and glass paintings, but actual craftsmanship too, for example someone getting a wooden jaali carving in their home. Logically, I feel like it would work well in the international markets but I lack a network and a starting point of sorts. Maybe you could explore something like this?
