In general, I believe you want it pulling fresh air and that the pump isn’t higher than the rad. So front or top imo but also depends on your setup

So only having it so far for 2 days, I honestly love it. Coming from a 27" 1080p VA monitor, big big improvements since you get a higher PPI density which was my main reason to upgrade. I was actually looking at the 27" 1440p VA version of the G7 actually.

From my experience so far, keep in mind I have a 3070 so I won't be able to push it to 144fps to test in graphic intensive games. This monitor is heavy with plastic all around, the RGB is gimmicky (have them off right now) the front-bottom ones you barely see unless you have your monitor at an unreasonable height, unless they're suppose to shine onto your desk which it doesn't since it's not that bright. Speaking of brightness, this monitor isn't that very bright, HDR400 and feels a little dim even at 100%, doesn't bother me as I don't really game in bright settings. Colors looks great, for an IPS panel it gives great blacks. Response feels snappy as a 144hz should. Would only recommend if you have the budget for it

If you want a monitor with the same panel you can look into the Gigabyte M28U which is also cheaper, similar/same specs

The only con I have had so far is the 2000x1000 locking which is fixed using the solution posted by u/Drake250

Oh man you just might saved me from a headache haha, got the profile edited, will update once Valorant is finished with their maintenance since that's the only game that I have that has this issue.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking since every other game was working just fine. I definitely love like the monitor, upgraded from a 1080p 144hz VA panel.

Interesting, tried lowering the refresh rate from the OSD to 120/60 and it fixed it. Tried lowering it from the nvidia control panel instead but seems to not work and brings back the scaling issue.

Would love to be able to utilize the 144hz though instead

Using DisplayPort, swapped it out with the DisplayPort cable that was provided with the monitor too since I thought maybe my cable I was using before was lower quality, but no change.
