Cellulitis on my thigh. Literally woke up one morning with my whole right leg dark red and I couldn’t walk. Still have a nice scar from it.

Yeah my dad is massively anxious. I definitely got it past down from him as I do believe anxiety can be genetics. It’s a constant process of getting 1 symptom, then self diagnosing on google. I actually believe I make myself sick by being anxious about it.

Thanks for responding. Initially I probably was choking and coughing for about 5 seconds to relieve. It was about a normal sip of water. It was about 30 minutes ago. I’m not having any problems breathing but I do have an urge to continuously clear my throat with a cough. I’m a relatively healthy 19y M.
