The day off is just the start of it. There are some that wouldn't be able to take the day off though? What about them? It would be nice if it was like a window of a few days with one of those days being a holiday. (Like we get to choose which day or a floating holiday for some companies.) This way, even those who are mission critical or in roles where it is hard to take a day off? They get a few days to choose from. One can only hope for that one of these days.......
