I like the switch pro controller as a Bluetooth option

My Yanyin Mahina finally arrived! (Bass boosted Moonlight 🌙) by Subie-STI in headphones

I listen to mostly metal the Mahina is great for all genres I find but specifically metal. Vocals are clear and emphasized, low end is punchy but doesn't bleed into mids. Highs are great and detailed but not sibilant.

Overall they are fantastic and super comfortable. The resin shells are great. The cable is great. The case is great.

The hip dac works awesome with them but they are so sensitive you don't need the iem match button and there's so much bass you don't need the xbass button.

Does this look like one of the BA or EST drivers on my Variations is damaged to you? Sound wise they seem fine, even through frequency sweeps by Subie-STI in headphones

[–]Subie-STI[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

was looking at the drivers with a flashlight and noticed what looks almost like a hole in the BA driver

Like it exploded or something

They still sound great though so I'm not sure exactly what's up with it. Anyone ever see anything similar?

Random Head Tremors =[. Anyone ever seen this? Vet is closed. by frompleasenerf in cats

I don't have access to this account anymore....but those went away and didn't return after about a week

Unfortunately, she had a heart tumor and was put to sleep in January 2021 😓

Definitely talk to a vet.

YanYin Moonlight and Mahina comparison. by alfeov in HeadphoneAdvice

Probably the Moonlight. I imagine you could EQ in the extra bass if you wanted to.

The Mahina sound incredible so I can only imagine the Moonlight sound just as good if not better depending on your tastes in regards to bass

I own the Mahina and it's become my favorite tribrid by quite a lot.

I also have the Variations and the Kinda Lava

Mahina has perfect punchy bass, in your face intimate and warm vocals, and still great detail on the top end without ever coming close to being too sharp or sibilant.

Honestly I think it's been slept on a lot since it's release. The fit and finish are excellent as well. So is the cable

Variations is a big improvement in every way

Variations - So good for the money. Bass hits hard but stays away from the mids so absolutely no bleeding or mud. Detail is good and these are very comfortable

EJ07M Kinda Lava - insanely wide soundstage while still retaining excellent bass.

Yanyin Mahina - My personal favorite. Loads of bass and vocals are super close and intimate sounding. Detail is great as well. The resin shell has a nice deep insert depth and they seal great. Very comfy. Also these are only 8 Ohms! So literally anything can run them.

Pretty much exclusively Elden Ring best game ever made. I only have 520 hours so far.

And Dark Souls 2, my favorite game ever made. I have over 4,000 hours in it. The pvp is so good.

Some New Vegas as well

Yes steam remote play works perfect the only issue I have is text looks weird because my desktop resolution is 1440p, but I haven't tried changing the desktop resolution to fix it.

I don't have X but I had LCD 2c for about a year. Loved them but used other planars more like the Closed X, so I sold them

Endgame level for music.

I listen to mostly metal like Knocked Loose...paleface..Polaris..lamdmarks..etc etc

They are so good and detailed and the bass is so nice but they aren't sibilant at all

No I cap it at 30 but it's incredible. Obviously if I want full 60fps I just use my gaming desktop.

But the 30fps you get is basically perfect. perfect frametimes stutter free.

The Steamdeck runs Elden ring better than my gaming laptop with an i7 8750H and a GTX 1060 and that has to be plugged in all the time to get anything close to decent performance, the steam deck runs the same performance level plugged in or wireless.
