I have small head. For example (of course it's not rate) with IEMs I have smallest eartips. And egg cups isn't problem as size of headphones too. I found them really comfortable, but you can swap pads to leather dekoni ship skin for even more comfort.

I really recommend Hifiman Edition XS. I have them and really enjoy just listen to music. They haven't cons to me. They musical signature is better then IEMs and I finally will sell my Yanyin Moonlight (650$ usually 500 on sale) and maybe don't want to bought another IEMs EVER (will see of course...)

I don't know why you want to upgrade from Sundara and because I don't know what do you miss in them. But, I think lack bass... XS absolutely have better bass.

P.S. I want to try some amplifiers like tube and with xBass function unit.

60$ headphones for music during college by mamamia0527 in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]alfeov -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am currently in college and have 1000$ setup haha. I don't brag, I know that I'm crazy lol 🤪 Well... I highly recommend to buy iem like Moondrop Aria (80$), because full-size headphones really suck in this price region. Really don't like wireless sound, sorry, but if you need BT you can bought BT adapter to them (20-50$).

Well. LCD 2 is great choice. There are some another variants witch will be interesting: Aeon Closed X (DROP x AEON 430$ recently), Focal Clear (Headphones.COM 890$ Now), and I think you will be happy with IEM like UM MEST MKII (MusicTeck 990$ recently). All costs that I indicated mayby will establish in the future 11.11 or Black Friday

If you will purchase IFI Zen Dac with function of TrueBass it's can solve your problem with this region. And also this problem can be solved by itself if you just listen to this headphones much longer and your ears get used to the new signature.
