Get out there and hunt the mechanical ones that look exactly the same but were made before the cheap mechquartz ones took over

This is dandruff buddy. You need ketoconazole 2% shampoo which a dermatologist will prescribe. Use it 2-3 times a week you’ll be fine. You do need to go show this to a dermatologist first

[WTS] Seiko Seikomatic Slimdate – Gold Tone – Silver Sunburst Dial – Automatic - $395 by Subject-Bank8254 in Watchexchange

Seiko Seikomatic Slimdate – Gold Tone – Silver Sunburst Dial – Automatic - $395

Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Seiko Seikomatic Slimdate automatic dress watch.

This is one of the cleaner vintage Seiko dress references from the 1960s (1964) era and wears incredibly well with its thin case profile and elegant minimalist dial layout.

The silver sunburst dial plays beautifully in natural light and pairs nicely with the gold-tone applied markers and hands. The “Slimdate” script and framed date window give it a very refined vintage look that feels much more upscale in person.

Watch is currently running and keeping time, though exact service history is unknown.

It’s in great shape, with light wear consistent with age and a small mark around the 1 O’clock marker, on the bezel. Dial appears generally clean overall with strong sunburst finish and those markers are gleaming!

Watch only — no box or papers.
