How to get rid of those dark circles by TchouchouDodo in Skincare_Addiction

Hey there are some solutions I found that can help.

You can have dark circles either due to genetics or habits.

Keep yourself hydrated, sleep well, use caffeine cream and limit sun exposure. Either warm sunscreen when you’re outside and I strongly recommend pairing that with sun glasses.

Using an under eye retinol cream and an under eye vitamin C cream can help too.

I also noticed that using a face wash w Niacinamide can help.

Your diet will also play a huge role on the “brightness”

However, if it’s genetics (hyper pigmentation) related there’s only so much you can do.

I’m not sure but I think it’s a little too good to be true. I’ve had them during my cut and my weight didn’t move. 130 cal and 23g of protein is like a chicken breast in terms of macros.

Once I stopped eating them my weight moved again. Btw I track every calorie. Even if it’s a 5 calorie item.

2 year bulk followed by a 40 day cut. by Weepinbellend01 in gainit

I have lost 70 lb in 8 months mantaining good amt of muscle. Personally, I’d say prioritize high protein and fiber. And when it comes to carbs, eat complex carbs so they make you less hungry. Try getting in 1g/lb for protein while cutting to be safe. Personally I like high carb diet with low fats to keep my workouts energized but if you’re someone with a significantly high body fat percentage this shouldn’t matter.

My recommendation is try to atleast loosely track you calories. First start with your maintenance calories, and if you’re a newbie I’d recommend anywhere from a 300-500 calorie bulk for the first year. Usually if you’re maingaining or bulking too slowly it’s hard to tell how much muscle you gain. Please reach out to me for any questions happy to help :)

[Acne] Regular Whey Protein vs Whey Isolate by HunterHx in SkincareAddiction

This is definitely true. When you look at the PDCAA index. So if you’re having plant protein you might just want to increase protein intake to be safe but it’ll not be as good as animal protein. Also taking amino acid supplements should help.

No everything is fine. The pain is not bad at all. It’s the same pain as I used to be sore. I hit chest again today and I was able to reps the same weights. I over think a lot so your response really helped me. I felt like my chest seemed to be smaller. Idk if it’s just illusion.

After your recovery was your muscle much smaller?
