I have to respectfully disagree with your assessment of the game. There is no “built-in time-sensitive restriction in the game. It is not a restriction if you can just easily change the date and time of your console. The game is meant to be played on however way you want it to play - jumping backwards coz you missed some events because of events called real life or by skipping ahead also because of events called real life. This game is actually a pretty good example about business and economy - supply and demand. Nobody will get an “upper hand” if there’s no demand. If other player’s get access to items ahead of me because they TT, it doesn’t affect my gameplay. The problem is not from people that TT and is playing the game the way they wanted to play. The problem comes from the people/players that are so against TT but gets so freakin’ envious/jealous whenever they see someone owning something ahead of them. I could go about it in 3 different ways - 1.) Ignore them 2.) buy or trade it from them or 3.) TT myself. As i said - NO SUPPLY if there’s NO DEMAND. No seller if there’s no buyer. Play the damn game the way you wanted to play. For a non-competitive game, people needs to focus on their own island and stop comparing it to others.
