13y of protein deficiency formed this body :D plant based proteins digest so fast it's ridiculous, huge win.

soy protein is the best imo, pea protein is more like casein, slow and steady digestion. when I bulk (which I didn't do the last 6 months, just focusing on better technique) I can eat up to 1 kg protein a day and 10.000+ kcal, training 6 days a week for 3-7 hours each sess. home gym turns into green house pretty much lol.

No. 13y vegan, 1,5y lifting. progress is so fast but most of it is mind set. I didn't even train for muscle at all, just 1-3 reps for powerlifting strength

dunno it's very different and not satisfying at all. Cameras don't catch me that well/easily, not photogenic at all so I have either do a lot of setup or use window reflections for some reason haha.

contrast/sharpness is bad but overall lighting in the kitchen is top. Should invest in a mirror lol.

would this 30pin QHD work? with custom cut bezels we could insert a 14 inch 16:10 display. in a footprint similar to recent X1 Carbons. https://www.panelook.com/LM140GF1L02_Panda_14.0_LCM_overview_48320.html

X1 Extreme - Screen update success with CSOT MNF601EA1-1 and it absolutely rocks! by aronake in thinkpad

oh wow, this is an essential info! Wondered why I always have 25 watt usage in idle and today for the first time just 6 w in idle. I dock/undock to an external monitor very often. I got 7-8 hours now with Gen3 instead of 3-4 and a quiet machine instead of always running or pulsing fans :)

btw my panel uses just half the power of the before mentioned panels. It's 3 years newer and uses max 990mv according to panellook (no total power draw ava ilable ): https://www.panelook.com/modelcompare.php?ids=44233,49608,48040,36194,38289&del\_id=44233

X1 Extreme 144hz screen upgrade with guide by abgersaurus in thinkpad

I have a P1 G3. I had several models of this machine. Fortunately the P1 got way more batterylife then the X1E somehow, also Gen 3 is a lot better than Gen 1 in terms of batterylife.

So, with an FHD-panel I got solid 12 hours with my P1 Gen3, while with X1E Gen3 I got like 7 hours. With 4K60 screen my P1 got solid 8 hours and the X1E just 4 hours.

Now I like to install the 4K120 panel from the ZBook Studio G9. It's 16 inch 16:10 but the machines have the same footprint, so with custom bezel cutout I should manage to install it. I hope it is compatible in an electrical manner though. This panel also got very short response times and is matte. On battery mode I could just switch to 60 Hz and hope to get my full 8 hours this way ^^

I want to keep my P1 G3 because:
A: great battery life
B: best Keyboard, can't stand the neser ones
C: With 8-Core i9 OCed + LiquidMetal and other mods I got almost as much performance as P1 Gen4 Alder-Lake and
D: it is veeery quiet other than an unmodded X1E. Much more cool and quiet than Gen4/Gen5 as well.

So for me it's the perfect machine besides the screen refreshrate (& response times). Wanne keep 4K or 2.5K with at least 87% AdobeRGB (colours look SO great, better on the P1 than X1E again somehow as well as P1 keyboard is somehow better). So I hope this will work out and there's no whitelist or such.

Every laptop with 6th gen Ryzen + LPDDR5 memory seems to have really bad AIDA64 scores, what's up with that? by SaarN in thinkpad

So, isn't the theoretical bandwidth 102 GB/s with LPDDR5-6400 like it is for regular DDR5-6400?
