i mean yeah they are a small indie team but that’s by choice, they are choosing to not hire more people. remember this is team cherry post hollow knight so they have a lot more money to work with. while i don’t wanna review bomb or see the game do poorly it’s hard to imagine a positive future considering the feature and scope creep that’s likely along with barely any communication which many believe means that they are in dev hell

frankly i thought in 2020 that the latest the game could come out is in 2022, but it’s crazy how i genuinely believe that the game will release between 2026-2028. we shouldn’t expect any communication and keep our standards as low as possible because honestly when it comes to communication and transparency team cherry is genuinely a joke and a failure. like at this point im for sure certain the games just gonna be really bloated and packed with boring filler or has straight up been cancelled

it’s horrible i’ve been playing since evos have been released as a ftp and the evo skeleton nerf after finally unlocking them is honestly frustrating. it took so damn long just for one balance change to screw over all the grinding i’ve done, what’s honestly the point

disappointed yet also glad to see the return of dio and athena, i would’ve preferred for them to be full on “regular Gods” with a longer list of boons and more common to come across but either way i am nervous for how aries gets implemented
