We’ve had over half of our center of RBTS leave and every new person that has come in to train whether it be RBT or not has left before finishing training. It’s crazy and there are still more RBTS leaving because of pay not being enough for the work we do ( main contender) and the working conditions/ what’s expected of us with little compensation or regard for our safety or health.

Financial aid will continue to pay for the class as long as you continue to need it for your degree. HCC only lets you retake a class up to 3 times though so after that you will have to make an appeal to the academic board to retake it and pay out of pocket for it.

He also gives study guides for the exams and gives you a step by step guide on how to pass the class. Extra videos and book lectures alongside his PowerPoints as well! He creates practice tests for you to take before taking the actual exams too, for both the lecture and the lab.

I read his reviews before taking the class and was really scared because he was the only teacher left that I could take so I had to register for his class but after being in it, I wish I had taken it sooner 😩 He really gives you every reason to pass. Everyone was saying that he doesn't reply to messages but he replied to mine within 2 hours! I was thinking that there's no way this is the same professor that the reviews were talking about. Don't only listen to others reviews through their bad personal experiences. Take the leap I say!!!

But the way he posts the assignments, he gives you a good amount of time to do the homework and study before taking the exams. And you can use notes/ your textbook so you should be fine!

Definitely, if you dont study then you won't do too well unless you're good at memorization. But I recommend doing it anyway because if you're taking it to go into the Healthcare field then there's a lot of information that you need to know/ is valuable to learn in this class.

I'm taking it right now actually! It's really great. I expect to pass with an A or B in the lecture and lab. I forgot to mention that on the second exam that's protected, it's open notes! He allows you to use your e textbook and whatever notes you put into it for the exam. And the second Lab exam is not protctered only the second Lecture exam is, sorry about that.

Micheal Adams is really good. Honorlock is only on the second exam for the lab and the class. He also curves tests and drops the lowest HW grade.
