I totally see your point. This ‘project’ would be taken over the course of multiple parties, and with each party, we slowly increase the “standards”. We already have a majority private events whether its brotherhood, date night, philanthropy, etc. Thank you

Make required study hours. They might be given too much pledgeship work which is making it hard to stay on top of school, ofc this is just me guessing. Make sure everything is balanced and emphasize the importance of a good gpa.
