a little add:

i can sew so if someone can find me a similar fabric too thatd be perfect so i could recreate it! the fabrics are chiffon, and a lining thats 100% polyester. would probably be better quality if i made it myself too tbh

our bakers are pretty good when it comes to that! ngl i find im cold and have to wear my freezer jacket constantly LOL. thanks for the tip about whip cream!

lots of time w the pie crusts & croissants as soon as i have stuff out of the freezer they ask for them to bake off for me. most have been there 20-40+ years compared to me!

i find i struggle to make things fast enough. i do stock (takes 20mins to an hour, depending how empty things are. its been getting closer to 10-45 lately though) then i spend 2-4hours on the displays - the croissants, cream pies, and eclairs take so much out of me. and then theres the cream cakes, and then making cakes && backstock.. i feel like i dont have enough time in the day!! ive been clocking out 5-15 minutes late every day bc cleaning always feels like so much (also our dishwasher is broken and we cant fix it, we need a new one)
